Baseball issues

So, as many I'm sure have heard, Clayton Kershaw was pulled from a perfect game bid after the 7th inning. He had thrown 80 pitches when he was pulled and this has incited many people to give their opinion on how they feel about it. I get that people wanted to see one of the best pitchers in baseball pursue history, but to me this shouldn't even be a conversation. Why? Because it was Clayton Kershaw that wanted to come out. It was his first game since surgery, in cold weather and he had said that he was comfortable with about 80 pitches. That's when he was pulled. The player know his body best, he was the one that pulled himself essentially. So, no, I don't think this should ever be a discussion. Kershaw decided what was best for him in his recovery, end of story.
